Mahendra GianchandaniVP of Customer Success

Mahendra is the VP of Customer Success at Milestone, bringing more than 24 years of industry experience. Before Milestone, he was VP of CS & Partner Strategy at Intelliswift Software leading the CS team for Koios.AI, a unified analytics platform, driving partner strategy for digital transformation in the areas of API management and cloud. Prior to that, he was VP of Customer Success and Operations at Interana, a behavioral analytics platform where he was responsible for unifying the entire post-sales customer journey that included Customer Success, implementation, solution architecture, operations, and success engineering functions.
 
He was Global Head of Customer Success at TIBCO Mashery (inventors of API management platform), where he built a high-performing customer-centric group driving digital business enablement and adoption across multiple industries; Director at Cognizant Technology Solutions with P&L responsibility for running and growing customers in media, communications, and technology sectors; Head of Client Relations, Americas at Cymbal and Engineering Manager at Telcontar a mapping and geospatial software platform. Mahendra received a BS in Computer Science from Pune University and MBA from SFSU.
