Aparna has a strong track record of building and scaling global operations, streamlining complex processes, and driving measurable outcomes through automation, cross-functional collaboration, and performance rigor. At Milestone, she has led transformative initiatives that improved project execution, strengthened customer retention, and significantly increased team efficiency across geographies.

Passionate about fostering high-performance cultures, Aparna has mentored and led cross-functional teams in India and the U.S., implementing structured processes and data-driven practices to align operations with strategic goals. Prior to joining Milestone, Aparna held leadership roles at ICICI Bank and Transport Corporation of India. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Company Secretary, with additional credentials in law and project management.
