A respected expert in internet marketing strategies, Benu has written several articles on Search Engine Marketing and co-authored the Internet marketing book "Hotels to HTMLs." Benu often speaks at search and hospitality industry conferences. Prior to Milestone, Benu worked in sales and revenue management in select service and upscale hotels in the US and abroad. Benu earned BS and MBA degrees, CHME, SEO and SEM certifications, and the Cornell GMP program certification.
