Payment Options
Credit Card: We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. Credit cards are charged as you register online.
 
Check: Please email us at marketingteam@milestoneinternet.com if you prefer to pay via check.
 
Wire Transfers: Please email us at marketingteam@milestoneinternet.com if you prefer to pay via a wire transfer.
Deadlines
Through June 30, 2017: Full refund when notified in writing.
 
July 1, 2017 or later: No refund
Customer Substitution Policy
Customer substitutions are free of charge. Please email us at marketingteam@milestoneinternet.com no later than 48 hours prior to July 17, 2017.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, email us at marketingteam@milestoneinternet.com and include your name and company name. Refunds will be based on the registration deadlines. Please note that cancellation requests cannot be processed over the phone and refunds may be processed post-event. Conference no-shows are ineligible for a refund. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program without notice.
