Keith BrophySenior Director, Omnichannel

A recognized hospitality leader, Keith Brophy brings over 20 years of revenue and support center experience to Milestone, including customer relationship management, interactive and online marketing, social media, revenue management, guest services, reservations, and food and beverage. Prior to joining Milestone, Keith was Senior Director of Digital Marketing at PM Hotel Group. He has also worked for Pyramid Hotel Group, Crestline Hotels and Resorts, and Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants. Additionally, Keith has taught hospitality related university level courses at University of Maryland - Eastern Shore and Stratford University. Keith has an MBA and Masters of Science in Hospitality and Tourism from the University of New Orleans, as well as a BS from State University of New York Empire State College.
