Dev spearheads Milestone's goal of maximizing customer's expected business outcomes. He manages a global team of customer success professionals that include customer success managers, onboarding project managers, consultants, support and training resources who focus on driving customer adoption and usage, business value realization, and reduction of friction.
He brings more than 25 years of proven track record in delivering superior levels of customer success/experience while working with large global enterprises, mid-market and small business customers world-wide. Prior to joining Milestone, he served in executive positions driving customer success and leading service organizations in both large publicly traded and start-up companies such as Seclore, WhiteHat Security, ShoreTel, Juniper Networks, and Lucent Technologies. He also serves as a Strategic Advisor to multiple start-ups. Dev earned his MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, CA, and a MS in Computer Science from Villanova University, PA.
