Eric is a hands-on leader with 20+ years of sales and sales management experience and an excellent track record of developing and executing growth strategies for organizations in the digital experience industry. He was previously the VP of Sales with Dataweavers, a cloud-based WebOps automation platform for Sitecore, successfully leading his team to double ARR within 1 year, increasing the total customer-base by 50% and the average deal-size by roughly 75%. Prior to that, Eric led strategic growth efforts for the Czech-based content management vendor, Kentico; and for 14 years (after successfully incorporating in the US in 2008), he significantly scaled operations, revenue, and profitability across North America as their VP of Sales & Operations by ideating and executing on key revenue channel strategies for direct acquisition, partner ecosystem engagement and existing customer expansion.
Aside from that, in his personal life, Eric is a devoted husband, and doting father. He's an avid skier, hiker, soccer goalie and general farmhand on the horse-breeding farm owned & operated by he and his wife.
