Dev spearheads Milestone's goal of maximizing customers' expected business outcomes. He manages a global team of customer success professionals that include customer success managers, onboarding project managers, consultants, support and training staff who focus on driving customer adoption and usage, business value realization, and reduction of friction.
 
He brings more than 25 years of delivering superior levels of customer success/experience while working with large global enterprises, mid-market, and small business customers worldwide. Prior to joining Milestone, he served in executive positions driving customer success and leading service organizations in both large publicly traded and start-up companies, such as Seclore, WhiteHat Security, ShoreTel, Juniper Networks, and Lucent Technologies. He also serves as a Strategic Advisor to multiple start-ups. Dev earned his MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, CA, and an MS in Computer Science from Villanova University, PA.
