The Hotel Helix is Kimpton Hotels luxury boutique hotel located in downtown Washington, DC. Prior to working with Milestone, the property had a website that was needing enhancements and was not performing to its potential on search engines. . By focusing on usability, search-ability, and the target clientele for the property, Milestone designed the website following search engine guidelines. Results:
Hotel Helix experienced a significant jump in internet bookings and online revenue after the new website launched in February 2009.
