E-Gift Certificate

Milestone’s E-Gift Certificates is a tool that enables consumers to buy gift certificates on our hotel client’s websites. The E-Gift Certificate is powered by a sophisticated shopping cart tool on the back end and the transactions can be completed using an SSL certification engine or using 3rd party providers such as Paypal. The same tool can also be used to sell merchandise on the website.

The visitors to the website can send gift certificates to their friends and family with a customized message. Hotels can view a certificate redeemed by logging into the Milestone back end administration control panel. Our E-commerce transactions run through a secure server and are worry-free.

RFP Tracker

Milestone’s RFP Tracker is a web-based RFP form that is placed on our client’s website. Clients who are looking for meeting and group requests – weddings, meetings, events, banquets - can fill out the group RFP request online. The RFP Tracker gives comprehensive reporting that shows all of the group sales leads generated from the internet within a specified time period. This enables the hotel to determine the effectiveness of their website for attracting group business.

Send information about your hotel, meeting rooms, and promotions to your customer with just one click. Milestone’s E-Brochures are beautifully designed, web and print friendly 8 ½ x 11 PDFs files. They are programmed on the website so that anyone can send an e-brochure as an attachment or as a link. You can also customize the email message sent along with the e-brochure using a web-based content management system. We work with our clients to create the concept, copy and the entire layout.
