Internet Marketing eStrategist / SEO Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking for an individual who has some knowledge in search engine optimization / marketing, 2-4 years of experience in managing pay-per-click campaigns, paid inclusion, or organic search marketing campaign, and strong analytical skiils. BA from an accredited college or university a must.

Responsibilities:

• Research and develop Internet Marketing strategies
• Manage client’s website/PPC campaign, organic promotion etc.
• Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve performance of websites
• Monitor online campaigns regularly and make recommendations to improve performance metrics
• Contact clients on a regular basis to review website / campaign performance
• Keep current on the latest trends in the search marketing industry

Requirements:

• BA from accredited college or university
• MBA preferred
• Experience in the Search Engine Marketing field required

Social Media Manager

Job Description:
Milestone Internet Marketing is seeking a Social Media Manager for its Silicon Valley/Santa Clara, CA office. We are seeking an individual who has experience working in the social media field and loves defining successful social media practices. The qualified candidate will be responsible for organizing and implementing social media strategies, innovation of social media products, defining case studies, creating client performance reports, and managing social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor social media channels on a daily basis for latest trends and case studies
• Maintain a deep knowledge of social media channels and effective strategies to maximize engagement of online audiences
• Managing portfolio of social media accounts and engaging with online audiences, both reactively and proactively, to promote the account on social channels
• Integrate ideas and strategies into social media marketing plans
• Regularly creating ROI and performance reports for social media clients
• Develop and maintain marketing calendar for social media clients, writing content as needed
• Regularly creating case study reports and articles showing social media promotion strategies and projected returns
• Train team members and clients on how to use social media channels and best practices

Regional Business Development Manager

(Mid Atlantic, Washington DC area)

Responsibilities:
We are looking for an aggressive, results-driven Business Development Manager for our rapidly expanding Internet Marketing Services portfolio. You will be responsible for selling Milestone products and services to hotels, brands, management companies and ownership groups. The selling process includes responding to incoming leads that are generated through our marketing efforts, direct sales to hotels, selling to hotel coops, tradeshows, etc. You will be expected to make presentations, demonstrate internet marketing concepts and present proposals to clients. The person in this role will also be responsible for conducting educational seminars for different brands and lodging industry groups and have the opportunity to establish themselves as the internet expert in the market. This is a field position and will be based out of the Mid Atlantic in major hotel hubs such as Washington DC, Baltimore, etc. and will be responsible for sales activities in the Mid Atlantic region.

Qualifications:
We are seeking an aggressive person with strong and proven sales skills and ability to build strong long-lasting relationships with clients. Current relationships in the lodging industry are a strong plus. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment is needed. Bachelor's degree or equivalent needed. 5-10 years of relevant experience preferred. Strong communication and computer skills needed. 20-30% travel is required.
