Benu Aggarwal, Founder and President
Benu Aggarwal, founder and president of Milestone Internet Marketing, is a recognized expert in internet marketing strategies for the travel industry. She offers her vast experience in conceptualizing and implementing comprehensive online marketing programs for the lodging industry. A hospitality management veteran, Benu holds a B.S. and MBA degrees in Marketing, is a Certified Hospitality Management Executive (CHME), received a GMP Certification in Hotel Management from Cornell University, and is certified in Search Engine Optimization. Prior to starting Milestone, Benu worked as a Director of sales, General Manager and sales and marketing trainer for the lodging industry.

Benu is responsible for overseeing entire production team including team of e-strategists, search engine specialists, designers, programmers, content writers, PPC specialist etc. Benu is an author of the widely-used internet marketing handbook - Hotels to HTMLs™. Benu has also written several articles on internet marketing and website development and has been a speaker at several lodging industry conferences and workshops. Benu has lectured at several trade associations including AAHOA, CLIA, the Western Lodging Show, Eye For Travel, HFTP, AHLA, Best Western International, Phocuswright, SES (Search Engine Strategies), SMX and many more.

Anil Aggarwal, CEO
Anil Aggarwal is a CEO at Milestone Internet Marketing. Anil brings extensive management and technology marketing background to Milestone. He is responsible for sales and marketing activities and for developing the technology roadmap for the company. Anil has conducted several educational and training sessions for lodging industry including those for HITEC, Wyndham Worldwide and several other major lodging associations, conducting over 25 educational workshops in 2007.

Prior to joining Milestone, he was the Co-Founder and CEO of Zeevo, a wireless connectivity solution provider based in Silicon Valley, which was sold to Broadcom [NSDQ: BRCM], a publicly traded corporation. The company is recognized as a market leader worldwide in wireless connectivity space. He took the company from start to a $12M annual revenue run-rate with over 80 employees. As CEO of Zeevo, he raised more than $65M in venture capital financing from premier Venture Capital firms like Sequoia Capital (Google, Yahoo) and from strategic corporations such as Dell, Inc. Prior to Zeevo, Anil served in engineering and marketing management roles in several technology companies. Anil has won several awards including FSA’s Best Financially managed private company award. Anil has Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, India, a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Hawaii, and an MBA Degree from University of Georgia. He also holds a Real Estate Agent license from the State of California.

Kchitiz Regmi, Sr. Vice President of Operations
Kchitiz Regmi is responsible for worldwide operations for Milestone. In this capacity, Kchitiz manages Milestone's development and promotion process for Milestone’s client base. Kchitiz joined Milestone in its early stages and has been instrumental in growing the company into its current stage. Kchitiz is highly regarded in the industry by clients and partners alike. Kchitiz has also spoken at various Search Engine and Technology Conferences including SMX West and various State Associations hospitality conferences. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, California.

Vincent Sanchez, VP Finance and Administration
Vince Sanchez is responsible for all finance, accounting, and administration functions at Milestone. Vincent Sanchez has over 20 years of experience as a finance executive in companies that range from pre-revenue to $100M in annual revenue. He has worked for privately held, venture backed companies, and publicly traded companies. His has worked in both the semiconductor and EDA software industries.

Most recently, Vincent was the VP of Finance and HR at LedEngin, Inc., a Venture Capital backed, high tech start-up company specializing in Ultra High Powered LEDs. Vincent’s responsibilities include managing all aspects of finance, human resources and legal matters for the Company including closing debt and equity financings, implementing business strategy and planning, implementing controls and procedures; driving audits; and reporting to the Board of Directors. Previously, Vincent worked for Broadcom Inc, which acquired Zeevo Inc. in 2005, where he was the Corporate Controller. Zeevo was a fabless semiconductor startup focused on Bluetooth wireless technology. The Company grew from zero to $14M before being acquired by Broadcom. Previous to Broadcom, Vincent worked for Fairchild Semiconductor, which acquired Raytheon Semiconductor. Vincent was Group Controller for the Semiconductor Division of this Fortune 50 Company. He was an integral part of acquisition teams and integration teams in both acquisitions.

Kimberly Ercius, Director of Business Development (East)
Kimberly Ercius is responsible for all of Milestone’s Sales and Marketing efforts in the Eastern Division. She opened up the New York office in 2007, and works closely with Brands, Management Companies and Ownership Groups to develop Search Engine Marketing strategies.

She has lectured at Cornell University, The New York State Hospitality & Tourism Association, The Pennsylvania Tourism and Lodging Association, and various hotel management companies throughout the East Coast. Her expertise is in Search Engine Trends/Technology, Paid Search, Web 2.0 and Social Media.

Kimberly has held positions at the Walt Disney World Company, Crystal Cruises and TravelCLICK. Prior to joining Milestone, Kimberly worked at TravelCLICK where she was a Director of Sales in the Mid-Atlantic Region specializing in Data, eCommerce and Reservations products for the hospitality industry. At TravelCLICK, Kimberly worked directly with marketing and revenue management departments to drive incremental business through electronic channels. She is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, and remains actively involved with the Cornell Center for Hospitality Research.
